Job Description:
Box8, a leading food delivery company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required, making it ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot problems and provide creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
