Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

InMobi is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients remotely from the comfort of your own home in Delhi, Delhi, IN. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses via phone, email, or chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
