Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

As a part-time role at the Associate Level, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6.
