Job Description:
Cleartrip is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our remote team based in Delhi, IN. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. This role is part-time, with an Associate level seniority and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards while assisting customers with their needs - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information - Use critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions - Research and troubleshoot customer concerns to ensure a positive customer experience - Work collaboratively with other team members to meet customer service goals and objectives
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to problem solve efficiently - Research skills to gather information and provide accurate responses to customers - Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines - Proficient in using customer service software and platforms
