Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative for Amazon India, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work remotely from Mumbai, Maharashtra, providing part-time support as an Associate Level representative. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, technical support, and assistance with orders. 3. Handle customer complaints with empathy and find appropriate solutions. 4. Communicate effectively with customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. 6. Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and improve processes. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards of service.
Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer situations. 2. Strong emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide effective support. 3. Persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and resolve issues effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience using customer service software and CRM systems. 7. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
