Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Tech Mahindra is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Delhi, Delhi, India. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are adaptable and reliable, with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing information about products and services offered by the company - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously striving to meet and exceed customer expectations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant tools - Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
