Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 4. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 5. Persuasive and skilled in conflict resolution. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
