Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Tech Mahindra is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Delhi, India. As a part-time Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 5.
