Job Description:
PharmEasy is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information about our products and services, pricing, and promotions - Process orders and returns, and assist with billing and payment issues - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and follow up on customer concerns - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and driven personality traits - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
