Job Description:
BookMyShow is looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a remote work position. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and efficient manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding. 3. Provide accurate information to customers regarding our products and services. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Assist customers with booking tickets, managing accounts, and troubleshooting technical issues. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Energetic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 3. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong cooperative skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
