Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Specialist at Dailyhunt, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our users through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. This is a remote work position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. You will be the first point of contact for resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex problems and provide solutions - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience - Stay up to date on product updates and changes to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office - Confidence and reliability in addressing customer needs - Strategic planning and time management skills - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
