Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Flipkart. This is a remote work position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Entry Level Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a positive, efficient manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
