Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Rupeek is seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Assistant in a remote work capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role and possess a confident and independent personality. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and retention of our customers, as well as identifying opportunities to optimize their experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and problem-solving. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions. - Monitor customer usage patterns and provide recommendations for product enhancements or upgrades. - Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics to measure the effectiveness of our customer success initiatives. - Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition to our platform. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase customer lifetime value. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. - Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. - Demonstrated ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer relationship management tools. - Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
