Job Description - Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

As a Customer Success Associate at Zomato, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working remotely from Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer success.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3.
