Job Description:
Lenskart is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, guidance, and solutions to any issues or concerns that may arise.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers' needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, provide updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 5. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value. 6. Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions. 7. Provide training and guidance to customers on how to effectively use our products and maximize their benefits. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer success or account management capacity. 2. Energetic and independent personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills to effectively communicate with and support customers. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. 7. Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools is preferred.
