Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at Cars24. This is a remote work position based in Delhi, India. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing support and assistance as needed - Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chats - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Monitor customer health metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and customer satisfaction - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure their ongoing success - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in customer success or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Independent and resilient personality traits - Proficiency in planning and conducting research - Ability to work effectively in a remote and virtual team environment - Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
