Job Description:
InMobi is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our remote team in Delhi, India. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their success with our products and services. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness, confidence, emotional intelligence, and cooperation to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to their problems - Develop a deep understanding of InMobi products and services to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues - Proactively monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on their account status and performance metrics - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and insights to drive product improvements
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients - Resourceful and confident with the ability to problem-solve effectively - High level of emotional intelligence and cooperation to navigate complex client interactions - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
