Job Description - Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Larsen & Toubro is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Officer. This position will be remote-based, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN area. As an Associate level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to address any customer issues or concerns in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to continuously improve the customer experience - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer loyalty and referrals


Requirements: - Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction goals - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer success tools
