Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Pepperfry is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This position is perfect for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Customer Success Representative, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction - Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Resolving customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes - Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer concerns are resolved to their satisfaction - Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
