Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: Hero MotoCorp is looking for a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Reliable and energetic attitude with a strong desire to help customers. 5. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle various customer scenarios. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is preferred.
