Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals. 2. Provide proactive support and guidance to customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues. 5. Track customer success metrics and report on progress towards goals. 6. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve processes.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer success or related role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resourceful and able to work independently. 4. Ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. 5. Creative problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
