Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

The Customer Success Specialist at Zoomcar is a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our services. As a remote worker based in Bangalore, Karnataka, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues via phone, email, or chat - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services - Work closely with the operations team to address any customer concerns or feedback - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously learn about our products and services to best assist customers

Requirements: - Dedicated and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills - Prior experience in the automotive or technology industry is a plus
