Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

1mg is seeking a confident and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our remote team in Delhi, India. As a part-time position at the entry level, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Manage and update customer accounts and profiles. 4. Assist customers with placing orders and tracking shipments. 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards all customers.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and requests. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in using customer support software and systems. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
