Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ather Energy is seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in your work schedule. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives and ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide timely solutions. 5. Create and maintain customer support documentation and training materials. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support operations. 8. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in a timely manner. 9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 6.
