Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


HCL Technologies is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members - Providing product and service information to customers - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required
