Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Razorpay, a leading payment solutions company, is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right resources and tools - Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong soft skills in innovation and leadership - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
