Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Representative at One97 Communications, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This position is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to meet customer needs and expectations - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Project management and adaptability soft skills - Ability to work part-time hours - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
