Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Swiggy is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role and possess a high level of emotional intelligence to effectively manage customer interactions.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Assist customers with order tracking, account issues, and general inquiries - Provide product recommendations and assistance with navigating the Swiggy platform - Monitor customer feedback and communicate insights to the relevant departments - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery


Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer support role - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work remotely and independently - Must be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
