Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Apple India. This is a remote work position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Entry Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to Apple customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues with Apple products - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process customer orders and returns - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date on Apple products and promotions

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and driven to exceed customer expectations - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Excellent presentation skills - Demonstrated leadership skills - No prior experience required
