Job Description:
As a Live Chat Assistant at Google India, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to users through live chat interactions. This position is remote and part-time, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. We are seeking an Associate Level candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Monitor chat queues and prioritize incoming messages to maintain efficient response times.
