Job Description:

As a Live Chat Assistant at Google India, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to users through live chat interactions. This position is remote and part-time, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. We are seeking an Associate Level candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and share best practices for enhancing customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize internal resources and tools to accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels. 4. Stay up-to-date on product updates, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Monitor chat queues and prioritize incoming messages to maintain efficient response times.
