Licious, a leading food and beverage company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our remote team. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, have strong planning skills, and excel at people management.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through live chat support - Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information - Assist with order processing and tracking - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent
