Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Goibibo. In this remote part-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat support team, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat representatives, providing guidance, training, and support - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Develop and implement procedures to streamline the chat support process - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat support

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or live chat support - Proven track record of successfully managing a team - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Driven to meet and exceed performance goals - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
