Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Live Chat Manager to join our team at Policybazaar as a part-time remote worker in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee live chat service operations. 2. Train and supervise the live chat team to ensure efficient and effective customer service. 3. Monitor chat transcripts and provide feedback to improve performance. 4. Analyze chat data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Develop and implement chat response templates to streamline communication. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for live chat management. 8. Provide regular reports and insights on chat performance to management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in live chat management or customer service. 3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and chat management tools. 7. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 8. Experience with training and development of team members.
