Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Paytm is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Live Chat Officer to join our remote team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our live chat platform. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner via live chat - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting technical issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Strong time management and organizational skills - Innovative problem-solving abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM software
