Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Faasos is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team for remote work in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is being provided to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Independent and driven personality traits - Proficiency in planning and project management - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
