Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and confident Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Ola Electric. This is a remote work position based in Delhi, India. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our live chat platform. You will engage with customers, answer their questions, address their concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a prompt and effective manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and rapport - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company updates - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure - Proficient in typing and using chat software - Experience with project management and strategic planning is a plus - No prior experience required, entry-level position
