Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: Jio Platforms is seeking a motivated and confident Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This role is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately - Maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication skills - Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and issues - Utilize emotional intelligence and leadership skills to handle difficult customers or situations - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience
