Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat to provide support and assistance. 2. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the necessary departments. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and promote products. 4. Use persuasion and negotiation skills to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service delivery. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3.
