Remote Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Livspace is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing remote account support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts remotely, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed accurately and on time - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other virtual platforms to address any questions or concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account updates - Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed

Requirements: - Strong passion for providing excellent customer service - Demonstrated hardworking attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients to understand their needs - Attention to detail and ability to accurately manage and update client accounts - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
