Remote Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Cult.fit is looking for a dedicated and passionate Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with billing inquiries, account changes, and technical issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services to existing customers - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in account support or customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Adaptability to changing work environments - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
