Remote Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Samsung India is seeking a Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This part-time entry-level position requires zero years of experience but a strong work ethic, reliability, and energy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and a passion for research.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support for account-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account setup, password resets, billing inquiries, and other account-related issues - Conduct research to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and support processes

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent analytical and research skills - Reliable and energetic personality - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
