Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Support Assistant to join our team at Lendingkart. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Entry Level Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our account management team.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in maintaining and updating customer account information 2. Communicate with clients via phone and email to address any inquiries or concerns 3. Help prepare and organize account reports and documents 4. Support the account management team in various day-to-day tasks 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction 6. Keep track of deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role 2. Resourceful and hardworking attitude 3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
