Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


AgroStar, a leading agriculture technology company, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Support Assistant to work from home in Bangalore, Karnataka. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, confident, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the account management team by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Assist in managing client accounts by updating information, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. 3. Collaborate with colleagues globally to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the agriculture industry. 5. Assist in creating reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. 6. Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in account management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software. 4. Excellent planning and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Previous experience in customer service or account management is a plus. 7. Must be willing to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
