Account Support Associate

Job Description: Samsung India is seeking a dedicated and driven Account Support Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Entry Level position, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to the account management team, assisting with client communications, and helping to drive sales growth. This part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for clients - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet sales targets - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to the team

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
