Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Vedanta Resources Limited is currently seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in account support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients with their account-related queries and issues. 2. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist clients. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to ensure their needs are met. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve processes. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and systems. 2. Dedication to providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address client issues. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
