Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Ola Electric is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Associate to join our team in Delhi, India. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the electric vehicle industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the account management team in handling customer inquiries and escalations. 2. Assist with account reconciliation and billing processes. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in account management. 5. Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Assist in developing strategies to increase customer retention and drive sales growth. 7. Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the account management team.

Requirements: 1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. 3. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is a plus. 5. Previous experience in customer service or account management is a bonus but not required. 6. Must be detail-oriented and have a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
