Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Khatabook is seeking a reliable and passionate Account Support Associate to join our team in Delhi, IN. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers with client accounts - Assist with client onboarding and setup - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction - Monitor client accounts and provide recommendations for improvement - Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in account management or customer support roles
