Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Dunzo is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to work from home in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and energetic personality, as well as excellent people management and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in managing client accounts - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams - Assist in creating and maintaining client relationships - Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Monitor account activity and performance metrics - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
