Job Description:
Cipla is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, maintaining relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. 2. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and drive growth. 3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to meet client needs and exceed expectations. 4. Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for business development and optimization. 5. Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product training and support. 6. Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. 8. Assist in the implementation of new processes and technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 7 years of experience in account management or customer support. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Independent and confident with the ability to work well under pressure. 5. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 6. Excellent teamwork and adaptability skills. 7. Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus. 8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
