Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description: Tata Motors is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing remote accounts and providing support to clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with remote clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Provide timely and effective solutions to account issues and inquiries. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns. 4. Monitor account activity and track progress towards goals. 5. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction. 6. Train clients on the use of our products and services. 7. Analyze account data and generate reports for management review. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and independent personality traits. 2. Strong project management and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proven experience in account management or customer support. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
